Very good video as usual, I've been following your channel for about a year and the quality/consistency of each video is very good. I like to see this side of my country that I usually don't see as I live in Berlin. Speaking of that I heard through some Danish friends that the Danes are usually considered the ' Italians of Scandinavia ' , well I'm your case I would like to think of you as the Portuguese of Scandinavia 😉. My hopes are to spend some quality time there, so i really appreciate the inside edition of the beauty and culture you have been contributing the videos. If you add the smell of the food and ocean air i would not survive it. I am sure it would be as intoxicating as the wine.

Loved the vlog. An area that a lot of folks don't bother going to. Also outside of Evora there are some old stone artifacts that predate Stonehenge. We have also done a few river swims in the area, would be better on a warm summer day. Looking forward to what is coming next, maybe classy vlog on the farm?

I'm from Evora living in the vicentine cost at the moment and Tasca do Celso is my favourite restaurant even though I'm a migas com entrecosto kinda girl. Their fish dishes are exquisite👌

In this Storm I was in Flores Island, Azores, in the middle of Atlantic, it was impressive, Waterfalls were out of control, scary but wonderful. Great video even with all the rain.

I’ve got to watch again! OK, starting with Joel... “I’ll be back!” Good to know that. We’ve gotten quite used to seeing you! Beautiful video... but I’m surprised no one else said anything about the egg yolk. Did you put it in, or just the white? You went to my favourite part of Alentejo. I DONT WANT TO BE POLEMIC LOL. But as an ex tour guide that i was, worked for a company in Porto, i would just pick people on porto hotels and drive them to douro valley day, or braga guimaraes day tour. I felt Joel was a bit off from the videos that u shown ofc i dont know how he is benhind the scenes, lacks a bit of hmm like happiness for the job at least face wise, more passion too. But i can b completly wrong andi hope i am just putting my opinion as tour guide. The rest guys congrats amazing amazing videos u are making

Joel is one the most requested guide from our return clients. Keeping it professional while 2 people film is our main priority. It wouldn't make for a great video if a guide was just constantly speaking, when you are watching for Joen and Amelia.
