Dmitri Blaskowitz I’m a psych student and the science is actually still out on that. Low serotonin is correlated with depression, but correlation isn’t equal to causation. If you want my best guess, I actually think anxiety and depression can be “exercised” out of the brain like obesity can be exercised out of the body. Problem is, almost no one practices mental fitness. In the next 50 years we will look back and be disgusted by the lack of mental healthcare in our society
