Tangerine Dream war die erste westdeutsche Band, die im Palast der Republik in Ostberlin auftreten konnten. am 31.1.1980 gaben sie 2 Konzerte.
das Schicksal des Palasts :
ab 1991 Sanierung wegen Asbestbelastung
In 2003 Beschluß der Deutschen Bundesregierung über den Abriß des Palasts
der Abriß erfolgte zwischen 2006 - 2008.
tangerine dream was the first west german band to perform at the palast der republik in east berlin. on january 31, 1980, they gave two concerts.
the fate of the palace :
from 1991 renovation due to asbestos contamination
in 2003 the german federal government decided to demolish the palace
the demolition took place between 2006 and 2008.
