Yesterday I read a fanfic of Ianto being taken by the Time Agency after he died in CoE and he meets a young Jack, and you find out Ianto is the one who basically taught him a lot of what he knows. Only for Jack to go and teach it to Ianto... wibbly wobbly. But I digress... Anyway, Ianto isn’t supposed to be with Jack in the 51st century and the Doctor ended up coming and taking Ianto because he was breaking time. And he says he can’t take Ianto Home because he’s dead. But he has an idea of where he can take him. He said it needs to be remote and out of the way. So they land on an uninhabited planet. Save for one... Captain Jack, three thousand years in the future. He’s sure Jack doesn’t know who he is and thinks about how he’s going to have to once again make a Jack who doesn’t remember him, fall in love with him... again. Ianto walks out of the TARDIS and says, “Hello, Jack.” They stare at each other and no one says anything else. Ianto is crumbling inside. Then Jack looks at him and goes, “Ianto?” 😭😭😭😭 Anyway, this song reminds me of them soooo much. Just rip my fucking heart out now! Janto Forever!
