I have been WAITING for someone to give John Berry some love. One of my favorites of all time. He is ssssooooo underrated. That absolutely beautiful voice and a little bitty fact, that's his wife singing background. There really isn't a bad song that you could pick of his. Back in 1995, he fainted on stage and the doctors found out he had an aneurysm. He has hed his share of health problems. More recently, in 2019, he was diagnosed with throat cancer. He came on Twitter I believe it was & let all his fans know that he had gotten a "cancer free" . With things getting back on track from the pandemic, who knows, john may surprise us with a tour.

He wouldve been huge but had a lot of health problems when he started making it big. One of the best voices in country.

I saw John Berry in Concert 10 years ago!! Not only does he have amazing voice, he is also an amazing person! He stayed after the concert and gave autographed every single person in the audience including me!

12/30/1999 John Berry was in Kalamazoo Mi and I proposed to my at the time girlfriend while he was sing this song. John stopped singing and came to the front of the stage and said, I see what you are doing, After he he finish the song he then called us up on stage, and we danced to the next song. this past June 28th my wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary!

This came up on my recommended page. Thank you so much for reacting to this. One of my all time favorites, if not number one. Describes the way I feel about my husband…..even after almost 43 years. 💝💝 Brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. This 61 year old lady believes in a lifelong love and a soulmate. If you haven’t heard his rendition of O Holy Night, it’s absolutely amazing. Thank you again.

This may be out of your element, but check out Vince Gill's song Go Rest High on That Mountain. I think you would love it! I would love to get your reaction to him. Also check out Brooks and Dunn's song Believe . The song is true of his friendship with the man. He said sometimes he can't do the song because its so close to the heart for him.

Sadly he had to undergo Brain Surgery which all but put an end to his career. Ive seen him recently playing in these really small intimate settings. He still has that great voice though!
