Boat, casting, lack of technology, on and on and on. And then one day, you finally admit it. John is one "bad" dude, a top 10 bass angler on any lake, and one of the nicest guys on the planet. And then you go home and still tell yourself he can only fish shallow. And you have nightmares of him saying, I'm just lucky to be fishing with all of you...sure you are, John. If you're fishing shallow and near the surface, why in the world would you use a 1/2oz jig? 3/8oz, and especially 1/4oz, are better options.

John Cox says, "I've never shared this with anyone before..." the literal definition of "secret" is "something that is kept or meant to be kept unknown or unseen by others." 🤷
