John Deere 445 Extreme Rough Mowing (Archives 2017)

6 жыл бұрынThis is some old footage that I found on my PC from last summer. At the time, I had fixed a rough looking 445 with 2,500 hours on it and I was using it to mow for most of the summer. It was great for taking on the real tough jobs. This is just about as tough as it got; mowing a mixture of weeds and horse shit with the deck set to cut at 2". Evidently I was dissatisfied with the footage after I shot it because I shelved it for a while, but looking back it wasn't half bad, so I decided to stitch it together and upload it.

That thing mows pretty good, I'd be afraid to use a lighter machine on that kind of terrain. I'd hate to have to mow a pasture like that....I'd just spray it with herbicide so nothing grows inside the fence. lol.

MichaelTJD60 - The 'GardenTractorGarage' Thankfully I had just the machine for the job! Haha. If I have to mow the pasture again this year I'll be using the 322 with G6 gator blades. I can manage it a lot easier when I don't have the cutting height lowered to 2" haha

Is this the machine you got from the golf course?? Sounds pretty good for 2500 hours.

Harrison Fowler Good memory, yes it is! It was great to use and very reliable, I had a fun time refurbishing it.
