Awesome video, I really do appreciate it. I've got an S110 with 6 hours on it that is behaving exactly like this mower. I am thinking I will try to clean the carburetor out before purchasing a new one. Can't seem to find many 'cleaning' videos but this gets me half there. Have a great one and thanks again!

Try running some seafoam with some fresh ethonal free gas through it before replacing the carb. If old gas is in the mower (like over 2 months) drain all that out first. Blow out the fuel lines and replace the fuel filter also if you end up installing a new carb

If you are doing the cleaning I highly recommend getting an ultrasonic bath, it will thoroughly clean a carburetor in 5 minutes.

Best video for this mower for the carb thank you. You saved me a headache 😂. I couldn't figure out the damn choke rod after it fell out just like yours did except the first thing i said was oh sh*t whatd i break. I was pretty suprised it just chills there and is only attached at one point on the carb 😂 overall it's a very easy job I didn't have to take the top cover off just, the air filter cover and air filter. Thanks Bud video is appreciated

Hey mate, hope you are well! Just had to replace one of the spindle wheels on the front of my JD Z910A, was floored at the cost ...$384 Australian dollars or around $270 US$ !!!!

Is it a solid wheel? Those are very expensive for some reason.

It's not a great thing to have happen to a brand new machine the customer is a lucky person to have a mechanic such as you to catch that issue

I always say we (as mechinacs) are damned if we do and damned if we dont. If we let the customer know about all the problems with their equipment then we are greedy mechinacs... If we dont ket let them know about all their equipment's issues then we are stupid mechinacs... We cant win. 😆

I've got the same mower. Only 17 hours on it and it just died on me a week ago while mowing. Unfortunately I don't think I have a warranty anymore. Guess I will be attempting to clean the carburetor and seeing if that will be good enough. Another problem I have with my E100 is the belt on the mower deck keeps coming off!! It is so annoying...

As far as the belt goes it need those plastic covers the cover the spindles. Many people take them off but they are also made to keep the belt on when the belt is loosened while disengaging the blades. If that is not the issue make sure the spindels and idlers can be easily turned by hand and do not feel rough from worn bearings. A spindle or idler that is hard to turn will cause the belt to jump. Also if your belt is worn and stretched its more likely to come off. Next check the belt guide that is around the crankshaft pulley. It needs to be very close to that pulley. Just enough gap that the belt can slip past. You may need to bend it back closer to the pulley. Also check the belt guides around both idlers. There should NOT be enough room for the belt to slip past between the idlers and guides. Next thing is the tensioner arm could be bent too much. I will make a video on these topics soon.

I have 52 hours on mine. I changed the oil in it, and the lawnmower ran fine for the first 15 minutes then it started smoking something awful. I could tell where some oil was leaking around the tail pipe, so I put more oil in it, and it still is smoking. I wonder if I over tightened the oil filter

Sounds like you may have overfilled the engine with oil
