The bins would get hung up in the power lines on the edge the road where they are crossing. Better safe than sorry. Plus it was a great chance to show how the bins function in a video.

The case sounds way better when it revs up.

Looks like West Ky ground or West Tn. Also why did they close the bins to cross the road? lol Looks like they had some down wheat as well. I could tell by how slow they were going.
@thedonleroy8 жыл бұрын
Why did they even fold the hoppers just to move across the road? Our combine doesn't have folding hopper.

not to be bias but the new case ih axial flow combines are one beautiful machine. red power baby :)

Good they let the John Deere go first so when the CaseIH brakes down the JD doesn't have to go around it . 🤣

Both opperators need to learn how to manage the real . You are running them too fast and too low beating the shit out of the crop resulting in header loss. The reals job is there to help hold the crop against the cutter bar so it can cut and then help the crop fall back into the auger or draper.
@jeffreyfroelker472610 жыл бұрын
No kidding, it's suppose to be 1.5x ground speed. These operators are using like x7 ground speed.
@matthewcole47289 жыл бұрын
it seems to be working ok they get the job done right to afford those machines
@flywayne93629 жыл бұрын
Matthew Cole Jeffery is correct. If you bat the hell out of the grain, sure you will get to crop cut, with tremendous grain loss. This is the perfect example of the difference between a combine operator and someone just steering it through the field. AND proper thrashing doesnt end at the head.....

Reel on the Case seems to be going twice as fast as necessary
@shawnennis42577 жыл бұрын
yea
@carderholden780610 жыл бұрын
You have too run the reel fast in flat wheat so it picks it all up and you have to run the combine slow so that all the straw doesn't plug the machine so actually you need a lesson not the operator's
@Snowtruckdriver7 жыл бұрын
NEGATIVE. Run the reel at slow to NOT beat grain and adjust ground speed to match that....no matter how slow it is.

Like dude slow down ur reel , less grain loss if ur knocking the grain heads off
@Jda990510 жыл бұрын
Ok so I know they have 40 foot heads and all but that doesn't necessarily mean the machine is taking in more than if it was a 20 foot head, so why are they running so slow, damn id fall asleep...

yea i was thinking the same thing especially on the caseIH, theres gonna be no wheat left by the time it gets to the rotor lol
@jerretcarriere86554 жыл бұрын
There cutting wheat way to low. Why strain the machine this way when its unnecessary.

what the operators really need to learn are the rules of the road, i would have been one pissed off motorist if you did that to me

Fuck you. Farmers feed the world. We have priority over everything..
@sstroh0810 жыл бұрын
when you need to cross a busy road like that you could sit there an hour and never find a hole, a combine takes a few seconds to get everything fired up after it was shut off so youll never have a hole in traffic big enough, so you just make one, if people dont like it they can lay on their horns for a while they sure as hell arent gonna do anything to that 20 ton monster youre running, you gotta do what you gotta do, text time you eat some cake or pie or bread or about a million other things wheat goes to produce just remember a motorist was likely pissed off for you to have it lol

Wow, typical John Deere guy.... Faster bin opening? Hahhaaha at the end of day it all matters about how much grain you harvested and the quality of it which obviously the Deere will be blown away by the case ih. Keep thinking that Johnny is better if you'd like though.
