John Deere Unearths P-Tier 75 Excavator

John Deere continues to add to its P-Tier lineup of excavators with the 75 P-Tier model unveiled at Utility Expo 2023. Compared to the 75 G-Tier model, the new 75-P-Tier boasts a 17% engine horsepower increase and the addition of a turbo for high-altitude performance. According to John Deere the machine also has about 10% improved dig forces, better stability and even an 8% larger and redesigned cab for more comfort. For this video, Justin Steger, John Deere solutions marketing manager construction & forestry division, walks you around the new machine to discuss some of the highlights as well as the benefits of adding an Engcon tiltrotator.

That 75 with a tilt-rotator would suit me just fine!

That tilt-rotator is a Swedish made masterpiece. The John Deere Excavator isn't too shabby either, nice combo. :)

These are Hitachi machines. Hitachi does all the hard work desgining and manufacturing them and Deere don't mention that at all.

Per John Deere: The future generation models at ConExpo were the 145 P-Tier, 210 P-Tier, 360 P-Tier, as well as the prototype 145 X E-Power excavator in the indoor booth. The 75, 85, and 510 P-Tier machines are current generation and use the Deere Hitachi base machine platform, however, John Deere has design control to make any changes they deem necessary.

@@EquipmentWorldlike he said they are built by Hitachi. Hitachi is largest manufacturer of excavators in the world. Deere would be crazy to change that.
