ArtravusTheDK I'm from Texas where in school it was pretty much agreed upon that no other states were or ever could be as good, but this has always been my favorite song, and I know West Virginia has no shortage of things to take pride in. I'm glad too, to see him over in Japan singing this. That's really something.

Repent and trust in Jesus. We deserve Hell for our sin. Lying, lusting, etc, but God sent his son Jesus to die on the cross and ride from the grave to free us from sin. If you repent and trust in him youll be saved. Romans 3:23 John 3:16❤😊❤❤

my friend and i sing this on every gig we do as part of our set, we're from leicester in the uk and it still gets a big response from the audiences, that's when you know a song will live forever.classic.

+Dan Allured i'm just learning it with my fellow band member - question for you - Do you think he he sings "growing like a breeze"? The printed lyrics all say "blowing" and that makes sense, but it sounds "growing" every time I listen to it.

I found myself in the mountains. I followed country roads to get there. John brings tears of joy to my eyes every time I hear his sweet words.

I have dreamed of moving to the heart of the Appalachians for 30 years... I want to spend my last years on top of a ridge deep in some holler, in a log cabin with a fire in the hearth and a mason jar of sippin whiskey. A banjo and a hound, under a full October moon... Apples and corn harvested, the sugar maple sap distilling into syrup... I might as well wish to just go back in time about 60 years.

Google translation: Kazuo Tanaka In world affairs chaotic, it appeared from the wilderness without change, hero Joan Denver! At the time I was longing to feel and clear singing voice, his good Protestantism in the United States, to look so sincere. When the news, who died in a plane crash was transmitted, I felt really sorry. Still, and is happy to be able to listen to his songs also U-tube. The upload you very much!

The original was done in the studio.. acoustic.. no overdubs. Just raw talent. The guitars are brilliant, the clicking in the back ground and Bill & Taffy Danoff singing up all the right tones& @ the right moments. ANALOG recording .. can not be duplicated. American Folk Rock song at it's best.. #1 throughout the world.
