Don’t be embarrassed, I still have tears rolling down my face as type. My mothers name was Grace and she was truly an amazing beautiful hearted mother and woman . She passed a few years ago aged 95 and I always cry listening to John Venetta and Lindsay sing this, as it’s so beautifully powerful, and reminds me of mum as I still miss her terribly.

I feel so privileged to have seen Jofn Farnham 3 times live. I first heard Vanetta sing Amazing Grace over 30 years ago and it has stayed with me since.

Probably the last time John decided to let his stylist put him in a silk shirt under those stage lights !! Saw this concert live - they were all outstanding as they always were/are - I hope against hope that John does one more tour, I missed him the last time he came to the West coast of Oz - even though it was a show in a vineyard and not in an arena it would still have been an awesome night. Some of John's more intimate settings are actually better than the big ones.

I have listened to this song many times sung by John, I was priveliaged to be at one of his concerts some years ago now, when he and Vanetta, Lindsay sang this song, so moving and it really takes your breath away !! I first heard this song probably about 30 to 40 yaers ago sang by Judy Collins, she is amazing, I had it played at both of my parents funerals. Check her out.
