@@PuffedMuffin Fair, but Rockstar also really focused on very small details for this game so you'd figure they could have 2 variation of vomiting in it as well.

I realized that trick of vomiting on NPCs when I tried to make Arthur fat.. go to camp and began to vomit on Charles and Sean said the following “Hello Arthur” so nonchalant.
