you mean jim beard? he's a popular hired gun bc of of his tasteful playing. was much admired by joe zawinul.

love his playing style.. don't love his choice of sounds. I like synth sounds that are rougher around the edges. these have that "keyboard preset" vibe. More of a fan of analogs with some natural detuning and phasing at the cost of a narrower sound pallet.

@@mishagasparovsky196 Agreed, just Roland XP-50 (bell) & Yamaha SY77 (pad), they sound just fine in the context.
