John Hennigan, like RVD, Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, or, in the near future, Neville, is part of a special breed, wrestlers that got over huge with casual viewers despite not being the biggest guys or ALLEGEDLY not being the best promo cutters around, they got over with how they wrestled and the moves they did. John Morrison did connect and was a successful merchandise seller and always got very good reaction, just like the other guys a mentioned. And he also was extremely popular with female fans.

I'm sorry but John morrison definitely did have personality. What crack at the main event scene you talking about?that one little triple threat match at extreme rules 2011, where he should have went over and won the wwe championship, but instead super cena took the title and ended miz's forgettable and boring title reign. Yes morrison didn't have the greatest mic skills but he did have charisma in my opinion and was entertaining.

Although I don't really see any reason to hate a wrestler because he doesn't work a stiff style but wants to be unique and do stuff others can't do to set himself apart from the rest like Morrison does it, and it's not even like Morrison was pushed to the moon or shoved down people's throat or stuff like that that often results in dislike by fans (e.g. like it's the case with John Cena or Roman Reigns).
