I watched 3's company all the time as a kid and Slingblade is one of my all time favorite movies, but I have never seen a John Ritter interview. What an incredibly nice person he appears to be. I wouldn't know how to respond if someone heaped the amount of praise on me that he did for Billy Bob. He comes across as incredibly genuine.

John Ritter really played his part well. But that's not surprising. He was so talented.

John Ritter makes a great point about the Vaughn character. He stated that the role wasn't portraying the stereotype and that's what I liked, too. It just begs the question why so many gay men think they have to be flamboyant and basically play a caricature. Dylan Mulvaney is so over the top, it's not genuine, he's playing a caricature and that's why no one respects him.
