I always try to help ladies put the groceries in the car and the struggling I don't care if they're fat ugly or what they look like and some of them freak out some of them really appreciate it you know that makes me feel good to do that

Be the change you want to see in the world. Be God's arms with which he helps the poor. God needs more support. He needs your help. And if you help him, he will help you too. You will never lack for anything. The more you give, the more you get. Then you can give more, etc.

We don't need to be rich to help. Just small help will do for anyone who needs it.

When you deal with trauma, most of the time it isnt private. The more traumas you deal with, the easier it is to talk about it as its just another thing on a mountain of things.

Trafficking is real. Sadly, you can't tell the difference any longer between kind and evil intentions. Traffickers will claim they want to better your life but what do you end up having to do to pay it back... Honestly, while what we're watching seems to be kind, and I sure hope this man is actually blessing people, makes me wonder what's going on that we do not see. Why do people choose to post their kindness? Go out and be the person you would like others to be to you. You don't need videos to know.

@cathyl8675 yes traffickers are real. And yes, people should post videos of these things and any good deeds. Those videos are what can inspire a person to believe they can get out. When you live in a dark world. Putting blinders on is unhealthy.

Then you would realize that creativity on getting out of your situation will only come when reaching out and being open, otherwise you are cycling. which is probably what you do when you have a problem. Editing your original statement also shows how you like to hide what you think and feel.

Everyone can contribute something to the world: even if it's just sharing your lunch, if you have 3 jackets, give one away. It doesn't always have to be just towards people. You can help nature by picking up trash in the park or forest. You can walk a dog at the animal shelter. It doesn't always have to be money. Sometimes it's enough if you take some time for a fellow human being. Life is about what you can contribute and if you do that, you will always be fine. What do YOU ​​have to give? ... even if it's just a smile or a kind word to encourage others.
