The comps included the star of 'Aquaman' and 'Game of Thrones' Jason Momoa, 'Wonder Woman' star Gal Gadot and 'Star Trek' lead actor Chris Pine, all of whom have appeared in much bigger roles than Heard. The attorney methodically went through each actor's career and how they are way above Heard in terms of career success.

This is painful to listen to. This consultant is so naive. She’s not currently working as an agent. The attorney is being so painstakingly careful. He must prove to the jury that she doesn’t know what (the hell) she’s talking about, but at the same time be gentle and not humiliate her. I think think he does walks on eggshells quite well.

As a lawyer my self, he is likely a partner and is more experienced and his style is the preferred approach in many cases. Especially used when cross examining intelligent people. Both highly effective but there is a reason to have more than one counsel.

@@DT61636 Got the movie on dvd because ... Momoa. It's not a bad movie, good effects, fun, Momoa's grin shines through and the story isn't bad. Kidman is lovely as his Mum and is what one would expect of an Atlantean in her first experience of land life ... alien on some levels. Heard's Mera acts basically like she's split her time between land and sea her entire life and nothing surprises her, she just takes it all in stride. Now, part of that could be awkward directing, but knowing the character from back in the day, not a good choice.

I didn’t know Amber Heard before her divorce. For a while I believed her many lies because it’s important that we acknowledge regardless of someone’s status they can be an abuser. It’s time we also acknowledge that regardless of someone’s status, how famous they are or their gender they can be a victim of abuse. Unfortunately this trial has proven to all of us that men suffer in silence in cases of domestic violence. As a feminist who truly believes in equal rights and equity, it’s pretty clear to me that we can’t achieve what we want by disregarding this fact. If you are a feminist and you still support Amber Heard after seeing all this evidence, it’s time you revisit the definition of feminism.

Not uncommon, these people are suppose to sell you to producers and believe in you. The problem is that it's an incredibly bias "expert" because their job contradicts with telling the truth. She is trying to sell Amber during the trial on claims alone and avoided providing facts that suport those claims, which is what an expert should be doing.

Hollywood does that. I met Paula Abdul when she was a QVC guest. She was behaving poorly, to say the least. A host said stars get told they're the greatest and their heads grow. QVC informed Ms. Abdul she was banned if she behaved that way ever again. They can act bipolar at times. I'm using Ms Abdul as an example only because I observed it. The next time I met her she was a sweetheart.

I know 95% of his question regarding other Hollywood entertainers. I never watched Baywatch, GOT, or Conan and I knew he was in it, What an embarrassment for the defense. She’s not taking this seriously. She thinks this is a joke. She’s missing the point in the line of questioning. AH was NOT on tract to be a mega star or even have lead roles. Until this trial, no one really knew her! Aquaman was her biggest role and JD’s reputation helped her be seen. This witness is pointless and she’s a snarky jerk.

Just like the rest of the world. I only recognized her from that fighting movie and my hubby is a huge movie buff! The jury prob had no idea who Amber was until now... This witness will not convince them that she is as big as any of the comparable stars.

There's a brief moment of hope when the lawyer brings up being "on the precipice of a meteoric rise" and the witness throws her right under the bus saying "I said meteoric in regards to the others, but not miss Heard" or something to that effect. Sadly they cut away from her reaction but I doubt that's the answer she was hoping for...
