Amber Heard, under intense cross-examination during her defamation trial against Johnny Depp, admitted that she never sought medical treatment for any injuries she suffered allegedly at the hands of Depp. The attorney also noted that Heard had her phone, took photos of Depp's writing in the bathroom, but didn't document any injuries she said she suffered.

Okay this woman has claimed that she was SEVERELY physically abused. (Hair ripped out, SA’d with a broken(?) bottle, nose broken from being punched “so many times she lost count”, couldn’t get back up and was sliding around on broken glass, feet SLICED open, etc… and there’s not a single photo of this? A single medical record? Even a nurses note…?

Camille was the PERFECT attorney to cross examine her because she was so polite and her voice wasn’t grating or aggressive like Amber’s lawyers. She was polite but firm and very skillful in cornering Amber in her lies. Amber is so universally despised right now that it was important for Camille not to come across as badgering or verbally attacking Amber. If she had then Amber’s side could have taken exception with it and or the jury could have begun to have sympathy for Amber who so completely does not deserve it. Camille is extremely skilled…impressive!

So…the escalation was logical to anyone listening. If anything, I’d imagine that by that point listeners were ready for her to go full throttle. She might have gotten very pointed at the end, but she still maintained a respectful demeanor

I'm glad the bottle incident was brought to scrutiny here but I feel like it's the example she would have gone farther with. An injury like that as she described it "excessive bleeding". From broken glass in her private area ABSOLUTELY would have warranted medical examination. She could have had shard of glass still stuck there, not to mention the infections that would have caused, or the likelihood of bleeding out, AND not to mention the scarring that would cause on such a sensitive area AND not to mention the uncontrollable physically noticeable effect it would have on your body for weeks after. I stubbed a toe and broke my nail into the skin and flesh of my toe and I couldn't walk properly for at least a month, and that is minor compared to the injury she claims to have received here and yet not a shred of evidence, not a single attempt to seek medical aid AND not a single testimony of individuals who had seen her after this alleged incident testifying she was anything other than completely fine and normal. And as if all that wasn't more than enough, this is a brand new claim unique to this trial when she had no issue bringing up acts of abuse committed towards her very publicly before in specific detail. You could pick apart this story for HOURS, it definitely deserved more than a passing mention here.

Great comment ! The part where she needed moral support from a friend as the answer to why she sent photos of Johnny asleep come to mind. Wouldn’t you think if her private part was injured she would have sought moral support yet no one is a witness to these allegations at all, she confided in no one after SA. That in itself is unbelievable since her character is to take photos / video / audio to share as proof she was abused. The sheer amount of abuse she claims and the amount of evidence shows proof of one thing. That is she is attempting to hoax the world. Thx for your comment.

Amber’s people tried to obscure the dates of random recordings she produced to question Johnny but it’s cool because Johnny’s lawyer is giving Amber the exact dates that she herself had brought up and pressing on certain details and Amber’s still coming out the sketchy one. Abuse after abuse she attended events red carpets and tv shows after the incidents without bruises , scars swelling. She managed to laugh crack jokes become animated , looking flawless in her dresses. I suffered years of physical abuse from my ex and would go into hiding so my bruises would heal . Emotionally I was a wreck and couldn’t even rustle up a smile. As a victim I’m disgusted by her unashamed lies

I was a victim of a lot of verbal abuse and there was some violence in my home but I never suffered what you did other than once being assaulted on the street. She’s a shame to humanity. The vast majority of domestic abuse happens to the woman, and yes of course it happens to men as well. But what she’s doing to women like yourself, it’s completely unacceptable. Who is going to believe him? She claims she had significant bleeding after the SA with a bottle, that she was vomiting and lost control of her bladder…but sought no medical attention. Ask any medical professional who has ever treated such egregious internal injuries, there’s no way she didnt need medical attention. Scarring, *infection* …those kinds of injuries are devastating and the pain would be indescribable.

@@Anne-pv9cb Not saying you're wrong, I'm just asking about this specific case, but she has now admitted that she has not made the donations to charity that she had pledged In the UK trial, as a witness, she did claim to have fulfilled those pledges, and it's part of the reason JD's libel claim failed, as the judge took her at her word that she had made the donations and said such behaviour was not typical of a gold-digger I can't recall if she claimed to have fulfilled these pledges in her testimony in the US trial, but if she had claimed such, and she has now admitted she hasn't, wouldn't that be perjury? Or could she simply claim her prior testimony was a misunderstanding? If she says, "I said _donated_ but I meant _pledged_ because to me they're synonymous," would that fail the standard of perjury?

From a domestic violence marriage survivor, forget what she's said bc she's nuts. This is not the behavior of an abused woman. If an abused woman had to recall these kinds of things to other people, much less a full court room AND the media AND her alleged abuser sitting right in front of her, she would have a hard time looking at her attorney, much less making eye contact with the jury like she does. She clearly been instructed to talk directly to them, but she's faking being upset & traumatized. An abused woman will not be able to hold back the tears & the tone of her voice -- the embarrassment, the frustration, anger. Those are real and cannot be conjured up, even if it's been a few years. Amber Heard is lying her ass off and it's undermining those who are in real-life dv relationships/marriages.

You would think that would be the case since she's the 'victim' of abuse. No medical records, no police reports of any of these things. JD is a strong individual...she would've lost consciousness, had concussions, or worse, could've died but yet...no pictures, no police reports, no medical records...nothing! That would've been the best proof out there for her if she was a victim. Can I just say I loved how she squirmed under every lie she told. Please JD's lawyers...go in for the kill!

She had her own private nurse on call 24 x 7 who has already testified that she NEVER saw any injuries on her, only that she had to drug her with anti-psychotic medication to calm her down after the severed finger incident. Even her own nurse saw NO EVIDENCE.

Amazing how she could take photos of him, but not of the blood that had to have been gushing down her legs. She's just the most unbelievable woman I've ever seen.

When my son's were 4 & 13 they were playing lightsabers with wooden broom handles. I turned just as my 4-year-old swung, and he hit me in the nose. It broke my nose, I bled like a stuck pig, both my eyes swelled up and were bruised I couldn't talk for like a week because it hurt to open my mouth. I took super strong pain pills and it didn't even help the pain in my nose. And he was four. I can't even imagine the pain and damage if a man hit you in the face repeatedly.

I once slipped and fell head first into the handle of a washroom drawer about 18 years ago as a kid. I had to get a few stitches and I still have a small bump on my head where the scar is. I wish I had this magical make-up kit she has that miraculously eliminates all scarring, swelling, bleeding, and bruising overnight back when I was a child. *insert sarcastic eye-roll*

Seeing her trying to feign sorrow when the incident of the liquor bottle was brought into question was one of the worst performances i have ever seen. For a second she looked directly into the camera as if she knew after looking at the jury not buying her act that she was hoping someone watching was.
