What I love most about your dad, is that he values bottles that have more sentimental value than his most expensive ones.

This channel has single-handedly turned me from a broke college kid making 50/50 mixers with warm vodka, sprite and no ice to actually giving a crap what I drink and make 😅 I don’t care if my friends think it’s “snobby”, they change their minds immediately once I take over the “bartending”! Thanks guys.

For years I've kept empty bottles of beer/liquor. Lots of nice memories and experiences were shared. My GF always made fun of me for it, but I'm glad to see other people are sentimental in that way too.

Glad you have the room /space to display the dead soldiers so admirably. Of course, one day the cleaning lady is going to see all the empties and put them in the recycling bucket.

I love the idea of signing bottles once they have been finished. Definitely something needed to incorporate into my bar!

Man this is super cool, I did something similar to signing the bottle with a few of my friends from New Years! I travelled all the way to the other side of the country to be with them and we signed a cork from the Champaign to remember it!

Glad to see that I’m not the only one displaying dead soldiers. I’ve saved a lot of my store pick barrel proof bourbon bottles and have them on display. Each one has a story and I love looking back and reminiscing over those moments. A lot of them have been shared with my girlfriend, which makes them even better.
