At 2:22 you'll notice two smaller headstones with open book pattern on them... Those are the headstones of my grandparents, Edmund & Carolynn (Eckhardt) Moran. Carolynn was Robert and June (John Jr's) older sister by about 11 or 12 years. They were a huge part of our lives growing up in the late 50's and 60's, even well into the mid 80's, before I moved to Fla! I still LOVE & miss them so much. All I can say is, they better have a cold beer waiting for me when I join them !!

I love those old beautiful cemeteries. I love going to the Lexington cemetery. my dad always took me there when I was little and we would walk around the old part of the cemetery and feed the ducks :) I still do that. now Jim Varney (ernest) is burried there. very interesting

Poor Eck-Man! I didn't know that's what led to his demise. Jerks. Hope they got theirs. I still have my og VHS of Freaks. A great movie. He's certainly found a beautiful setting within which to spend eternity, his earthly remains, that is.

the blanket tomb- its probably an actual sheet of fabric coated in concrete and draped rather than carved that way at least thats what would make more sense

When he pulled on the ring on the above ground tomb I thought a dragon priest was going to fly out and attack him. LoL!

+Dan Bell / Film It - that grave with the beautiful drape looks like it had originally been planted by a tree or the tree planted by the grave at internment that is now chopped down. It must have been a beautiful grove grave when the tree was there. Maybe a dogwood, i can see the dogwod is all over this Cemetery.
