Ive seen the 200 big guns irrigating the fields, and believe me with the pumps those farmers have I'd stay way back from them. Not only can they hit you, and hurt you during reverse, they go past their left stop because even though they hit the left stop and pulled that reverse spoon out of the stream, theres residual force from it reversing, i've had one reverse and aim right above my head with its crazy stream it puts out, i was lucky i was just short enough for it to miss my head. That would have hurt to get hit by that. Some can even snap pipes! Imagine seeing that and having a 80 ft geyser in your field!

@@oldschoolsprinklers9000 I did something dumb over the weekend with my P150 big gun. Tried to grab it to prevent it from going back too far and soaking my friend. Instead of me stopping it, it kinda crushed my hand and bruised my finger and hand. was sore for a day. Better now. Learned my lesson, the gun was reversing back so quick, Was dumb of me to try to grab it to stop it. I should have just let it go. I was lucky because it could have very well broke my hand.

It is! Gotta stay back from these when they're running! The reverse force is crazy especially if you are running high pressure through the gun. The drive arm is even being kicked back pretty far from the high pressure.
