Myself and Nile joined in a Women's Beam session. They make it look so easy...there is a reason men don't do beam.

Nile’s shoulder rolls are glorious. Thanks for trying and sharing. Ash used slower motion to create a strong central balance. These young ladies training at Nile Wilson Gymnastics will have positive body confidence through strength and knowledge of what their bodies are capable to guide them through their lives.

My favorite parts were Nile's fingers at 7:14 and your stiff position at 12:46 while falling off after your full turn By the way, your switch leap during the routine at the end was super nice!
