Great video. Simple and effective. What is funny is my three dogs gather around me at the exact same time on the oblique roll ups.

The extra weight from the clubs enhances the mobility so you will not get the same benefits without them.

How heavy are those clubs? I made a hockey grip on 2 cola bottles filled with sand and trying to match the weight
