I loved Heath's Joker when it comes to being against Batman but this version of the Joker is perfect, how he became the Joker, Joaquin played the role amazingly. There's no way to decide who's better between those 2, simply amazing portrayals

What people like is subjective. But people need to understand the difference between something that is awful and something that isn’t just for them. So saying that this joker is lame is a bit of a miss especially considering the praise that the performance got. Not my favorite joker but still liked the movie.
