The difference between Stands and Personas: Stands are more focused on physical close ranged attacks (ie Star Platinum) or have weird bullshit abilities (ie Bastet) Personas are mostly based on elemental attacks and long ranged projectiles. All Personas are essentially the same, other than resistances, weaknesses and elemental attacks.

2:10 Uh... Okay, I'm gonna post some spoilers here, but they prove that he actually has more voice lines in Persona 5 than in Smash. If you guys don't want Persona 5 spoilers, don't read this. Btw, typing extra stuff here 'cause notifications don't seem to include line breaks. Alright, I'm assuming you're fine with spoilers at this point, so here they are. "Persona!" "" (and there are 209 Personas BEFORE DLC) He has voice lines for each skill type. In fact, I think he has at least two per type. I believe he also has lines for when someone else heals him or when he gets hurt. "Pillage him. Satanael!" "Begone!" And there may be more I missed.

Joker's Rebel's Guard (Down B without Arsen) is honestly amazing. The move gives you super armor, meaning that if you are at high percentages without Arsen, then Rebel's Guard is an essential tool to help save you. (But it also means the opponent will try and bait it out if they know it's coming)
