As a physicist, the first one got me, but also at the same time... probably doesn't make as much sense since the space ship itself does that by literally moving space iself whilst remaining stationary, but then again, that's literally relative and arguably, that can be seen on the side of space as being equivalent. For those that don't get it, it's a time dilation joke and time dilation is the physics equivalent of a Portuguese expression "the faster you go, the slower you go". It is effectively, but not mathematically an exponential function regarding velocity. The closer you reach the speed of light, the bigger the ratio of time between the relative and stationary frames. It's impossible to reach speed of light through traditional methods because the same equation is repurposed for energy. This general equation being called the Lorentz transformation.
