We have two more seasons to find out but part of me kinda felt that perhaps they should have left it with Meanwhile which was a good ending. However I am glad the show is back on air because now I can watch new episodes nobody knows anything about.

I think that ceiling fan joke would've been funnier if Zoidberg wasn't immediately hit by that second one, but instead was finally hit towards the end of the episode by that one in the court room. Having him immediately be hit after the fake-out was swinging the punchline too early.

In a South Park eposode that aired the same time the character Eric Cartman was trying to guess what the oldest enemy of the USA was so he just started naming all the enemies from all the wars in reverse order, saying "the Germans" and then when told he was incorrect he said "the Germans again?" referring to the Germans from world war 1 as opposed to world war two.

Anyways, the evidence for climate change is an overall trend upwards which has resulted in more extreme patterns of weather during summer AND winter. In particular its having a pretty strong effect on El Nino and El Nina. There's also the changes to ocean currents and the melting of glaciers. Course I'm not an expert so I wont pretend to give you a comprehensive rundown. The only reason you're opposed to this science is because the party you support decided to make it a political football because it threatens business interests. We saw it again recently with the pandemic, instead of working together and being sensible about it half the political spectrum lost their minds and started using vague Nazi language about their blood. You're confused about what happened here, the science isn't conforming to one side, one side is conforming to the science but even their proposed efforts are a pretty bare bones response compared to what the science actually says and you lot still lose your minds. If there wasn't a strong case for it you wouldn't see the majority of countries all over the world making some kind of steps to do something about it, a conspiracy that large would simply collapse not to mention what would even be the point? Its not profitable to invest in these new technologies. Despite the conservative hysteria, it doesn't give them any more control than they already had. The idea global warming is staged is one of the dumbest conspiracy theories imaginable because it makes zero sense and the people with the kind of money to possibly do such a thing have a vested interest in stopping it i.e. oil companies and their owners.
