Flew in from Arkansas. First game in Denver since 06. Nuggets didn’t give a shit. Also shame on you Denver fans. Weakest crowd I’ve ever heard. Went to a nuggets game in OKC last year. 1/3 of an arena full and way louder. Nuggets for life but shame on you Denver fans and the Nuggets for not giving a shit.

Yeah I don't understand it. It's a western-conference finals matchup, how can you be silent? I went to the Suns game earlier this month (we lost to booker-less suns) and the crowd was wild. Real basketball fans couldn't afford this game

I agree on the lack of defense, particularly in the second quarter. But, these injuries are real, and affect the outcome. I’ve noticed that Jokic is missing a lot of the short shots that are gimmes normally, Aaron isn’t quite able to jump as well and clean up rebounds (plantar fasciitis), and KCP isn’t as accurate (injured fingers on shooting hand). More offensive rebounds and made shots means no fast break for them as well. Just look at the numbers for the last two games, and it’s obvious. In the NBA, small things add up fast, and I can see an easy 15 point swing if we are healthy. Add in no Jamal, and it gets way harder.

The bench players are the difference in good teams like the Minnesota and OKC where they have good productive players and the nuggets have very few and the young players of the nuggets are very bad rebounders and not scoring much

Did Malone actually say he thought Denver was the better team tonight? Might wanna prove it then. Wolves won by 21 in first game, lost by 3 but had no Naz Reid, Kat or Gobert and should've been blown out, and then won this one by 13 in a game that wasn't that close. Yes, Nugs miss Murray.. but Kat has been gone for a couple weeks now as well. Going back to last years playoffs, when the Wolves were missing Naz Reid and McDaniels, the Nuggets said themselves the Wolves were the hardest team they faced. The Wolves are 3-2 vs the Nugs in the past 5, with both Nugs wins only being by 3, but all 3 of the Wolves wins by double digits. Right now, it looks like the Wolves have the Nugs numbers. We shall see if they flip the script in the next game.

History of the NBA show us that young players in the first three years are not very productive and they get better in year three or four

Wolves are a more balanced team. When Towns went down there was an adjustment period to find there offense and now they have a much more diversified offense. Guys like Alexander-Walker, McDaniels, Anderson, Morris have now become active participants in the offense. Also, Minnesotas D has dramatically improved since Towns went down. MN is a monster now.

Nuggets looked flustered and quite frankly shell-shocked. They gave up on several plays. This happens when you are used to having your way on offense then get utterly stone-walled. Mike Conley shredded the defense all night.

The nuggets coach coached the right way last year, but not this year , the difference is bench minutes and starters minutes, can’t play starters that many minutes every game and hardly played the bench all year long and it shows where’re starters are worn out and the bench is not productive or ready for the playoffs
