I’m BACK, took a lil break after releasing my EP because MY GOODNESS was that a lot of work, and now we’re back to a (pretty much) weekly upload schedule starting with this cover of Jolene but it’s EPIC ⚔️
OK so this is a follow on from the little story I’ve been telling in a few of my covers (Holding out for a hero/Hells coming with me) in a fantasy realm our protagonist is a trained fighter and spent years serving her kingdom, she fell in love with her superior officer who then tragically betrayed her leaving her to die on the battlefield and taking out all of her fellow soldiers.
She just about manages to survive this fight and leaves to find her lover to enact revenge. She arrives at his home town and, in her despair, burns it to the ground leaving no survivors. She does learn however that her lover has been caught and is being held by a legendary warlock, known across the land for her dark magic, Jolene.
And so our protagonist continues her journey with a new goal in mind, to save her lover and kill him herself… but after committing atrocities herself is that truly what she wants anymore?
