This is a taste test/review of the new, limited edition Jolly Rancher Pop Tarts in three flavors - frosted Watermelon, frosted Cherry and frosted Green Apple. These 8-count boxes were $1.79 at Meijer. The frosted Watermelon and frosted Cherry are 200 calories per pastry. The frosted Green Apple are 190 calories per pastry.

My favorite flavor was Jolly Rancher Poptart flavors were all of them! They taste EXACTLY like the real Jolly Ranchers. They should make Blue Raspberry and Grape!

I LOVE the Jolly Rancher Pop-Tarts! I got my Dad to buy a box of each flavor for me, and they're so good! They taste just like the candy, which I think is awesome!

Interesting! Never had frozen pop tarts, may have to t I think our daughter would love them. She likes jolly rancher candy and so do I!!! Thank you for sharing!!! 😊👍

HEDWIG ETCETERA I'm in San Antonio also and always have a hard time finding all the new products. but I was able to find the little debbie orange cakes they were good at the Walmart on 410 by evers next to Sams club

I have never heard of freezing popped out to eat them Frozen. when something is limited edition I Do by extra and freeze them but I don't eat them Frozen.

It only affected the texture anyway, so I would not freeze them again.

Tami Dunn I looked at the store today and saw the Hershey's cakes. They also have triple chocolate cookies and if you get them, warm them up slightly for the best flavor. Also be careful because they don't come apart easily they're very tender. Both those cakes that you tried and the cookies have Hershey's ingredients in them such as cocoa.

I'm so mad at myself!!! I saw these new flavors at Walmart this morning. I stopped and looked at them and decided against them because I had bought a box of pop tarts a few days ago. I know I'll definitely be at Walmart this weekend and hopefully they're still there. I've never heard of trying them frozen. I'm anxious to give it a try. Our children like them straight out of the pack but we have to have them toasted!

A lot of people find toasting pop tarts weird. I will eat pop tarts either way but prefer toasting them.

I have heard that before from the comments. It tells you on the box how to toast them though so I don't know why people find it weird.

From what I remember of that one, the Jolly Rancher version is much stronger.

I just looked on the poptarts website and this is the only apple poptart they have thats kinda odd I think since they have strawberry,cherry,bluberry,raspberry but they also have stopped having the watermelon ones and the grape they had last year.

From other reviewers frozen differs from flavor to flavor. Some taste good frozen while others don't.

I would not bother to freeze them again, although Kevin really did like the texture, it did not change the flavor.

Hey Tami you really should try the toast'em pop tarts in my opinion they have a better flavor than the Kellogg's brand and they taste more natural I think anyways.☺

Tami Dunn No, these are familiar but not the same. Hershey cookies n cream are chocolate little bars (white chocolate with corn-chocolate pops inside)
