Joma in NYC

3 жыл бұрын

This is the tour of my $3,000/month apartment in NYC Brooklyn. It's a 715 square foot apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. I actually got this apartment for $2,000/month for the first 6 months because it was a lease takeover, but I recently renewed it.

Hilarious! Absolutely love these videos. I, myself, am convinced to move to a tiny ass, overpriced storage unit in a hyper bustling city that I know very little about. I mean, a washer & dryer combo in my own place? Words escape me. Well, time to go downstairs to my laundry room and unstacked washer and dryer and do some laundry. The struggle is real. All seriousness, great video and absolutely hilarious. Glad I found the channel!

True, the US-Stock Market had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable, considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled markets, but as you mentioned there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look, I’ve netted over $850k in the past 10months and it wasn't some rocket-science start. I applied , I just knew I needed a firm and reliable technique to navigate better in these times, so I hired a portfolio advisor.

Not many people point out how good his videos are looking. The editting, the transitions, the background music, the dubbing, the camera work, everything looks so neatly aesthetic. Its so watchable and it makes the audience feel so comfortable of watching it. Even when you don't have an idea what he's talking about sometimes, you just kinda watch it. It has the quality that makes you not notice how quality-made it is but the quality is still there. He can actually make a living just by making quality videos like this or even work as a director.

Hi Joma, You are like a brother to me. I'm the hardware engineer equivalent to you except I'm actually lazier. I wake up at 8am but can't start "working" until 10 when the coffee shop opens. This gives me enough time to catch up on KZfaq videos until 11:30 then it's time for lunch. I'm really sleepy after eating and need to rest a couple of hours. Finally I "might" start to do something around 3. At 3 I check my email and try to work for an hour before winding up and getting ready to "clock out". Designing hardware is tough due to the fact that everything has already been invented and is being manufactured by the thousands in China already. Keep up the good work. I need something to do every morning between 8 and 11:30.

@Marco Buonamici normalizing 3k a month in nyc you mean, so yeah for that area it seems normal(although for 3k a month it should be more fancy than that ngl) if he can afford it (which he obviously can) the let him do it doesn’t hurt you at all
