29:55 the walks of gratitude and prayer - so cool. This is something that I think started in Babylon, a remnant of the Jewish exiles claiming their God as “the King of the Universe”, no longer just the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, and believing He would meet them where they were (even in Babylon & Persia), if they honored Him above all! And gratitude was a big part of that mindset: the Brachas, the Modeh Ani, and Dayenu (from the Haggadah) are dripping with gratitude and implied gratitude. I think this is under the “speaking/telling ourselves” category referenced at 30:35 (as opposed to listening to our negative & self-critical thoughts). Definitely blessed to hear Jon and Erwin and Aaron.

Wow...one of the longest podcasts to date...but the time flew because of the content, yes...but the interaction between all three of you! There is that "Oneness" in the friendships, mindsets, collective desire to give to each other and those you serve. Thanks again, gentlemen...this "ONE" is one for the books!
