I love the video but it would be great if y'all could go into more detail about what Jon Rahm is actually talking about. Why are those lies different? What is he doing w/ the bounce to get higher/lower/more spin/less spin? Why does the type of grass make a difference?

John your chipping lesson has helped me tremendously. It's taught me to have a repeatable setup and swing speed for each wedge based on required distance. Thanks John.

Great clip. I would love to see more detail. In ball position on each lie. wrist shape /position in the contact and and backswing. body weight .

theres really no excuse to not practice pitching if you have a backyard. You'll get different lies, even different grasses. Nail down distance and feel each shot, your scores will improve dramatically

That's what i see with many pros, they play with hands forward and hold the angle , not what all coaches say releasing early and using the bounce.

That was super well explained. Have a look at 6:00 - he explains it well. Basically his shoulders/arms/hands/body move as one (little wrist and hand action). So, he has one feel through the swing. Pretty impressive actually. Simple. A lot of average golfers lead with the hands. He is leading with the arms.
