I went to a restaurant a few years ago and had a terrible experience. Horrible service, no hospitality, terrible drinks, but the food was just ok. I still left a great tip but I also left a note with the money saying, "Everyone has off days but please leave it home. Next time I come in I hope I receive actual hospitality thanks." I went back about weeks later and everything was absolutely terrific. Mr Jon Taffer taught me a lot about the restaurant and bar scene from a customer aspect. I watch Bar Rescue religiously almost everyday after work. Great show guys. I just heard of you guys, I know I'm late lol.

my only issue with drinking and driving is he is on a plane or a taxi/limo would he mind if the driver/pilot had a beer 15 mins before or better no beer drinking at all 12 hours prior to ride....
