Jonah wasn't fearful to go to Nineveh, but he was disobedient to God's command knowing God is gracious and merciful, and He will spare Nineveh, if they repented . If that happened ,Jonah would be proven wrong after prophecying ( which actually happened) Jonah 4:2

Never heard it like this that Jonah was a very kind and almost covardly person. When i read the following scripture it seems more like Jonah was rightgeouss, not verry compassioned and wanted the wicked to be destroyed. Jonah 3,10-4,2 When God saw what they did, how they turned from their evil way, God relented of the disaster that he had said he would do to them, and he did not do it. But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he was angry. And he prayed to the Lord and said, “O Lord, is not this what I said when I was yet in my country? That is why I made haste to flee to Tarshish; for I knew that you are a gracious God and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, and relenting from disaster.

The whale is the Cetus constellation. Hercules, the son of Jupiter and Alcmene, was another sun-god, identical with Horus, and called the Hero of the Skin, on account of his always being represented as wearing the skin of the Cleonian lion (Leo of July). He performed twelve labours, according to the twelve signs of the zodiac, and descending into hell, dragged Cerberus into the upper world, after which he cast him back again to perdition. He was called 'Solar Light,' and 'Saviour of the World,' and according to the Orphic hymn, brought a cure for all our ills. This is one of the most biblically inaccurate story telling of the book of jonah. Read the book and then compare it to this and you will know what I am talking about. The Book of Jonah is a book about a hateful and vengeful prophet who will not obey God because he knows HE is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love even to his enemies and Jonah wanted no part in the salvation of the people of Nineveh. This narrative isn't clean enough to make it to a children's book so you edit the word of God and that's wrong.

The bible dose not say that people came to him in the city... Nor dose the bible say he was Wise or nice. The bible dose not say he prayed a lot or that he cared about bing kind... The bible dose not say it was sunny day. It dose not say in the bible that jonah told them the story of the whale,in fact it dose not say it was a whale but a big Fish. And this short film dose not accurately say what God says to Jonah at the end.

Funny thing is I am not able to find most of the content he explained here in the Bible. That's because he narrated his own story. Please don't use the name of God of Bible and cook your own stuffs. People who are lazy of reading such a small book like Noah would believe this and in future they'll believe more lies from channels like this and eventually will end up in hell. As the Bible says "my people are dying because of not knowing". This story makes jonah as hero but all throughout the Bible God is the only hero. And never ever make faces for God for it is breaking the first commandment. Not to be hard on you but I don't like it when Christians are misguided by Bible stories that are sugar coated with lies so that people would take it. Truth Will Set you Free.

Unfortunately this is the most innacurate and unbiblical statement I have ever heard about the condition of man : People make mistakes they just need a second chance to do better? Are you sure it is what the Bible teaches about man and their sinful condition dear friend? Are you sure it's how the Holy Scriptures depicts the message of the Gospel of Christ? Are you sure "the atonement" is all about covering people who makes mistakes and can do better if they had a second chance?
