- Intro to the AUv3 version inside AUM
- Overview of the controls as the tutorial progresses
- Creation of a backing track riff
- Creation of a melodic riff
- Use the Drum internal machine
- Drive an external synth like iSem from Riffler
- Create a bass line melody
- Etc.

The capabilities of apps blow me away everyday. Apps like this are so useful! Been listening to the app demos and thinking about grabbing this as I am a keyboardist and can NOT play guitar! This would be helpful!

Yes, I like you can create and modify part of the riff without affecting the rest… you can export as well the riff as midi…

Riffler has grown.. quite a few changes since it was first released.. I like everything about it.. coming up with riffs + rhythms that I (as a guitarist) may not have thought of or may not be able to play.. I appreciate that if I don’t have my guitar around, I could probably come up with something very usable in Riffler.. the sounds are pretty good too.. Thanks for this updated demo Leo.. I would still love to win a copy of this to have a backup when I don’t have my guitar nearby..

Great demo……thank you. Can you write your own rhythm independent of the programming…..ie alter note length independently? Alter note pitch independently for a melody?

It's good on a side, on the other feels like you can send every guitar player home as you don't need them anymore to throw some riffs in a song. Is it an app for antisocial introvert musician ? 😁🥳😎 Anyway...thanks for the video and the giveaway.

There is still lots of creativity needed from guitar players, even if the first version of riffs are created by apps in the future…

Hi Leo, thanks for another great and useful video. I’m possibly being a bit stupid but, is the dark mode type skin part of the app, or some other iOS trickery? I can’t find a way to do it, and I much prefer the look of it in your video. Cheers mate 👍🏻🍻

Set dark mode in your iPad display settings and then restart Riffler and it will support dark mode :)

I may have missed something, but when using in Cubasis or GarageBand do you know how to stop the riff from continuously playing over parts of the song you don’t want it on? For instance, a riff will continue playing even over song sections where I have no RIFFLER sections inserted. I can’t see anywhere in the app to turn that off. Sorry if it’s a dumb question.

In Cubasis use modulation on the volume and set volume to zero where you do not want to hear it… that is one way, or modulate mute…
