Actually this makes perfect sense, they likely took kinesiology at university which does make sense. Oddly ritalin with working out does help if you have a tendency to day dream and loose focus, but no more than any other adhd day.

Used to be like that. Then I learnt the magical formula: Gains = ( [baseline genetics] x [age factors] x [workout time] x [intensity] x [actual weights lifted] x [reps and sets] ) x ( 1 x [PEDs] ) A lot of people think that it includes some huge variable like: [Protein ingested]. Yeah, they eat 2g protein/1KG of weight, and don't even work out hard 😆

@@Athenasblaze "Taking down" in MMA means bringing someone to the floor so you can beat them up. "Taking down" in the context of the sweaty men on the poster could mean something more amorous.

Plus the leg day being asterisked as optional because Reilly and Jonesy hate doing legs (and cardio from that board) And shoresy=fat all the time (except really shoresy is a machine - in later scenes he is pumping out pull ups with ease while chirping Reilly and jonesy about their mums)
