CORRECTIONS: 10:53 - Annie should also gain a red die from their selling bonus.

Great playthrough Jon! One thing I noticed. At 10:55 Annie should get a red heat die for selling a card.

Hey can you maybe make a second channel or videos where you post a full version of the playthrough? I totally get why u do that but sometimes I enjoy the playthrough very much and get very disappointed when you suddenly say: and now we skip to the end

The issue isn't putting full playthoughs on this channel, it's how long they take to make. For example if I was to make this a full playthrough it likely would have taken another 8+ hours of work for me. That is an entire work day, and honestly this can get very un-fun to film near the end. This is part of the reason I've stopped making full playthroughs for all my tutorials, though I do occasionally decide to show a full game. It depends on the game and my current schedule.

Maybe link to your Steampunk Rally Playthrough as well? It's one of your earlier videos, but the game isn't that different. I'm not a huge fan of race games. I do like the crazy evolving steampunk machines as a theme, but mechanics wise I do prefer El Dorado or maybe Cubitos. 10:53 Annie should get a red die.

Great stuff Jon. I imagine this game would go by very fast with everyone playing simultaneously. Did you get a chance to play it outside of this video and if so, what did you think?

Would it be a good idea to get a matching set of black dice, so that when a die is “spent” you can replace it with a black die while you vent it for a couple turns? That way newer players don’t have to remember what dice are already spent from round to round.

I don't think this would be necessary since the only way to remove a placed die is through venting or activating a "remove die" effect. So if a die is on a card then it's not usable anymore.

@@JonGetsGames right, I just mean as a visual reminder that any particular die has already been spent but not yet vented. Mainly for machine with multiple slots, so that a die isnt accidentally spent twice, in case someone forgets which of the multiple dice have been spent already.

@@propcustomz8731I don't think you have to worry about that situation. I have been playing this game and teaching it to others for years and I have never had this problem come up. But if you think that it would be helpful for your first few games it's not a bad idea.
