The NBA allows players to play with the rules like this because they want to encourage more scoring, but in my opinion I prefer sports where the defense actually has a chance to stop the offense. They allow James Harden to do should just be outlawed. The way that he draws bowels by sticking his arm around the fenders back and basically hook in the defender but they called a foul on a defender because he’s not able to release him; that’s completely outrageous.
