very. actually what I do is just put the swab on ONE side of the nostril and just turn from there, not turning all the way around the nostril but just that one area. ( my mom told me this and she’s a nurse) :)

I had covid a few weeks ago, and I know it sucks. If your back aches, lay down and put a big ice pack on your back. You’ll feel so much better! I know you feel like absolute crap right now, but remember to drink and eat! Stay safe! :)

I had those, I had a cough a few weeks ago, not to mention it was the day before school started. We did the swab and it came out negative! It feels so weird, it feels like it’s touching your brain, i agree I don’t like it and it makes you want to sneeze, And I had the same exact ones, too.
