I'm a non-athlete, 50-something person. I bought them for walking around Italy after I stumbled and fell on my last trip. I have weak ankles and achilles tendonitis flare-ups. I wore these them for 2 weeks walking 10,000+ steps daily for 2 weeks. WOW. This shoe holds your foot and ankle securely, firmly and comfortably. It was excellent to feel like my shoe was holding my foot and ankle steady no matter what sort of uneven cobblestone sandy gritty slick surface I was walking on. Italy has very uneven streets, paths and sidewalks. Highly recommend for a "travelers" shoe. Also, my achilles tendon is almost healed, this shoe keeps your foot/ankle straight and supported. It' stylish and trendy but also it's a Damn Good Shoe! Also like the back pull-on loop and the tongue holes to get the shoe on. It's nice for people with weak hands to get their shoes on.

Can't lie this is a good looking shoe "In my opinion" I just think that the color ways they are using is disrespectful to the OG's making the shoes look like a flea market knock off but that Nike Air on the back looks soooooo good

Besides the Spizike , I actually think these are the best hybrids that came out .. they look good to me 👌🏼👌🏼

I'll never understand old heads' obsession with "Nike Air" and hating on hybrids. The shoe looks nice. I like these and the 312s and the jumpman logo with air is just as clean. Anyway... 🤷🏾‍♂️

I love that sole so much. Remember seeing people playing in the original back in the 90s when they first came out and it looked like they were running on glass.

I come from that Era where Hybrid Jordan’s was the shoe to get back then, but I can say this is a dope Hybrid specially since it does make sense that The 6s, 7s & 8s are my top favorite Retros, and sure these will not be appealing to everyone’s taste, only a few will like em!!🔥🔥

I always get messed up with Jordan six and Jordan sevens but this color blocking is very nice 👌👌👌

For a hybrid shoe, these are great! But something I wouldn’t buy for myself. But if someone asked me do they look good, I’d be all about it for them. And love they put the detail in the box. If this was someone’s first jordan, they can see where this shoe comes from and start their journey on looking for other shoes

I'm a big 6 fan , i had an original pair of black infrareds back when i was 15 nearly 35 years ago, I own all the colours that are worth having, mainly the nubucks as they feel awesome , all the travis Scott's etc and I love these in the collection, I have the blacks/infra, the greens and the white blacks. I got all 3 for under 100 bucks/ £80 a pair. Can't fault them at those prices

Not sure how I feel about the silhouette but I love the color way, the color blocking and the Nike Air. Maybe Ill wait until they go on sale LOL

I really like this pair and actually own them. I got the desert sand pair in, which is a women’s release, and they went back to what we expect and used some of the worst synthetic leather. Probably going to go for the olive and UNC pairs and rock those.

Liked these(Raptors) so much, that I got the UNC colorway too. QC was bad on the first pair but they exchanged them and 2nd pair was good. They fit like 6's but a bit better. Without the pods/bubble things on the ankle parts and without the flip thing on the tongue, these look better in my opinion. They also fit better without the things mentioned above, if you're wearing jeans. I had the Jordan 6's Cool Grey and the materials on these are better. The "leather" on the Cool Grey 6's, felt like Payless shoes. I think these are right next to the Jordan Point Lanes, as far as materials go. Point Lanes had some very nice leather.

I like them I would actually use them to hoop in, also I would just switch out the insoles to gamedays. I think there 🔥. Save me from actually hooping in my retros 😆. I don’t follow hype so yeah I think there dope with a good concept…. Dope review as always. I will probably pick up a pair when the price drops hybrids hardly ever sell out.

I actually dig these. Colorway is great. And that box top is also from the VI as well. That's the Air Jordan logo at the top of the VI tongue.

Normally not a fan of hybrids with the exception of the Dub Zero... But I'm with Chris on this one, I'm quite confused because I like it but at the same time I don't lol. I think it has to do with certain angles and the colourways are going to play a big part

I actually just cop’d these.. (My first pair of Jordans) I really like how they look and feel. I guess we’ll see how I feel when I actually wear them for the first time. All in all looks good enough for me to purchase. 🙌🏾👌🏾

This mash-up doesn't look half bad.. I've been seeing this in the Nike app for some time now. Also this seems to show how very similar the 3 models were in terms of shape and outline.

Oh nice, a donor sole for the AJ6. Dubs and Spi’zikes were decent. They missed on all hybrids since.

Picked these up. Like the colorway and the Jordan 6 tongue. Had Spizikes but I don’t like the little waffle lace holders from the 4’s so I never ended up wearing them and sold them. Not too particular about Jumpman or Nike Air on back so it’s all good .

Great breakdown! I like them and I dont at the same time....conflicted. I wonder if they put the nike branding on it because the 6 predated the official Jordan brand.

I think it looks fly as hell, but priced way to high for what it is. Why is it a fusion joint, priced slightly lower than a retro? But you're right about the 23, Chris. Makes no sense why it's medial instead of somewhere visible on the outside. Nike Canada has a white/cardinal colourway that's eh. The shoe's got so many possibilities for dynamic colouring, I hope they actually put some effort into it. But right now, it's mos def a 'wait for sale' shoe for me.

I love the hybrids when I was in 7th grade my parents got me a pair of Oreo spzikes for Christmas while I had a couple of other pairs of shoes like Lebrons, melo’s and other Jordan’s I wore the spzikes all the time and wore them till I couldn’t put my foot in the shoe that is how much I liked them. These are pretty cool considering getting a pair just don’t know what color to get.

it looks weird... like, the silouhette looks pretty cool from afar especially with the 8's covered thingy about the midsole, but when you look at the paneling upclose it's just a mess (and it's even worse on the white colorways (white/orange/black/cardinal red and offwhite/pink/white/polar grey))

IMO, overall shape of this protro is closer to the EXT version of the Kobe 8. Should've been more dope if the drop-in insole was from the Elite version.

I love these but for this style of shoe and for the money they cost they should really come with lace locks.

I also like pretty much all hybrids (especially all the ones Chris mentioned). I also like the Two Treys but never owned a pair or tried on a pair. Maybe I’ll go to the Nike outlet store and try on a pair as they have the two treys, as well as the 6 rings. I have owned several 6 rings, dub zeroes and Spizikes. All are great in my opinion. I like these MVP’s as well but need to get them at 70% retail to feel good about the purchase. Too expensive in my opinion (wished Nike included the 8’s cross straps).
