He said he said that being free, the irruption of social media and constant contact with it creates an artificial sense of crisis and emotional response because you are showered with information designed to capture your attention via outraged. Both Left and Right have become polarize to an unbelievable degree because of it and living in an echo chamber dehumanizing their political opponent and that leads to extremism.
