It's true. People don't give him a chance or actually listen to what he has to say, which if they did might save many of them a lot of pain and suffering throughout their lives because *no one* else talks about personal responsibility. If you don't learn it from your parents then man you are really fucked.

I think it was the quote from 9:40. If you view women (or whomever you’re pursing) as a means to an end, your conversation will depict it. If you see women as a means to getting laid or getting a romantic partner, you aren’t creating “mutual satisfaction”. You need to realize that a girlfriend or boyfriend is not a goal or objective, it’s a commitment. You must have a “mutual willingness to be in contact” and seek “reciprocal communication” or the other person will realize you don’t see them as an equal.

12 years ago, in the midst of a period of confusion, I decided to write down on paper what my real wants and desires in life were rather that having a mass of jumbled up expectations that were mostly unfulfilled and still in my head. I looked at that paper on most days and realized just how powerfully it confirmed that I now had a real direction. As Jordan say's, the world really did seem to 'reconfigure itself', not in an immediately obvious way, but opportunities and choices became clearer and easier to make along with the realization that I'd been going in a direction that was not right for me. The key for me is staying true to what you truly want from life and being truthful to yourself.

It's a really good message. Woman (good women) want a man who is competent which can be confused with confidence. Competency is much more and is a true confidence without the messy overuse of Ego. You attract people based on your competency. Cleaning the room is not about being organized it's about taking CONTROL of your surroundings. Great message, far from easy but it's a pattern of behavior just like bad patterns of behavior.

I’ve been in therapy before on a few occasions, and after a couple months or even less depending on how broad or narrow the therapist mind was just became sessions of repetitive repetition of the same shit in no time flat . Jordan brings something new every time he speaks on the same subject finding new and interesting ways to help understand the value in what he’s saying. He’s has put more time and effort in the practice of helping people than most that get paid for it . And Jordan gives so much of his talent away for nothing . His Altruism is second to none he’s as generous and genuine as they get a true gift to society .

I originally saw the title as misleading but I find the information the video to be of value. Anything we want in life and feel we have a barrier to does not just happen. We approach any goal with a step. Living in a cluttered room/house can directly represent our thoughts and lifestyle. Its a small step but changing that can make us just feel more positive about our outlook and ourselves. Definitely something to consider

I don’t think he was drawing such a direct conclusion. It was more about whether you fix the things that bother you and build an organized structure in your life that you’re happy with. The level of detail to which you can choose to organize your room can be defined by an infinite amount of different inconsequential things, so it’s just a matter of finding the point to which you start to feel satisfied with it or the process would be never ending. This is why he starts branching into the importance of defining life goals and aims after that.

But, usually, once I start cleaning I cannot stop until the whole house is completely clean (military inspection ready; I am prior military). But very seldomly I do only clean bit-by-bit. After I clean, no matter which way, I feel like I can breathe again. I can actually relax and feel a sense of accomplishment and self-respect and dignity. They don’t want some other person slowing them down, telling them how to live or what to do with their money, etc etc. We live in a world now where living alone and single is easier than it was 50, 100 or 200 years ago.
