I just had a mermaid tail made and I'm doing zombie walk this year...I can't walk too far due to a chronic illness so I was planning on bringing my wheelchair which means I can totally wear my tail and go as a zombie mermaid!! I think I'll be recreating this for it, this is incredible! I will definitely tag you if I do!! Great job!

Tapping the spirit gum gives it texture, which helps it grab the prosthetics/whatever and hold it longer. You don't need to tap the spirit gun for it to stick, but you should if you plan to wear it for a while.

Actually there are different types of spirit gum. The type that you tap to make sticky and the type that you don't. So if you happen to have the non-tap kind, that's great, but there are types that don't work unless you do. It usually specifies it on the package. Beautiful look, by the way. Love your concept.
