Tumbler is a synonym for glass in India (Not sure whether it is limited to just South India or not). So that's the explanation for the word "Dumbler".

Bitter gourd is used very commonly in South India. My mom especially to alleviate the bitterness boils pieces of them in jaggery water and then cooks curry. Some makes fry with them and some pakoda. Pakoda tastes damn good 💕

Bitter gourd is great for health...I used to do one glass a week. My skin had great shine, Felt energetic, and my mood was most pleasant (not during consumption). It's a little bit of suffering for a lot of benefits.

I am basically fed up of comments in almost every video which ask Achara to be present in the video. It's Jaby who decides whom he wants to bring in his video. I am sure Achara is smart and she might be a fan of You laugh you lose. But that doesn't mean she has to be in each of such videos. Let Syntell take part in it too. What's wrong with it?

Bitter gourd comes in different levels of bitter, greener they are the bitter they get. We normally use the ones that are less bitter which is kind of light green . The juice they have used is definitely BITTER!!

In India we cook and eat bitter gourd just like any other vegetable. Its a vegetable just like spinach and brocoli and its good for our health. We dont make a juice out of it and drink it though but they have done it just for the video because i guess drinking would be easier than eating it.

The gourde is cooked like a vegetable curry, or is stuffed and then fried and cooked in a curry. Once you get past the initial bitterness it is very tasty. Never thought about juicing it.

Bitter Gourd is a very very common vegetable. A very healthy vegetable which we eat every second day. They juiced it for the game it's usually eaten sautéed with potatoes or stuffed. Indian food tantalizes every part of the tongue and brain, we enjoy bitter too and is usually eaten first to cleat the tongue and begin the rest of the more delicious meal. But it's really entertaining how they changed it to make it a tough challenge. 😆😆 And bitter gourd is called karela in Hindi as suppose to Kerala which is a state in South India... 🥰

I used to drink bitter gourd juice on regular basis because my sugar level was little higher thn normal range ...it was so bitter that i had eat a peace of gooseberry everytime i drank that...but its really good for health ....

Bitter gourd is a vegetable and it taste bitter. We northeast Indian love bitter gourd but same as everywhere not everyone like it. I prefer bitter gourd fry or with potatoes. and roasted bitter gourd. (Chef kiss) I don't know why people don't like it. But my family is gourd lovers.
