I know this is gonna be unpopular, but that's what plurality of opinions is for, isn't it: I don't think additional instruments and choir added anything of interest to the piece. Esp the bridge sounds thoroughly uninspired IMO - the piano and the string chords. And on top of that, the strings are ever so slightly out of tune.. the whole thing has an accordeon-y vibe to it (might be on purpose, but I don't like it). and I am by no means a purist - I love the idea of rethinking musical pieces in different instrumentations and styles. I heard the original of this song when it first came out and loved it ever since (big The Knife fan here), and I absolutely adore what Jose Gonzales turned it into. Learning it on guitar right as I type this, gotta play it at a wedding.. but I'm getting carried away :D
