Jose i bought two cars under my name before i got my license. You can buy a car under your name even if you don't have a permit because you can have someone driving it. Like a wife, husband or your child. You just need a license to drive not to buy it.

We all go through hard times in our youths...I was a widow with two kids by age 17...And, that was a time before Food Stamps and welfare were a thing..Talk about giving up my food to feed my babies and living for a time out of my car...Finished my GED by age 18 and went to college, paid my student loan by 1985...Bought my first house at 19...All the cops in my day were KKK members...It was fashionable to be harrassed by them in those days...Young skinny widowed Cuban girl, you can imagine what they would do to me...I'm surprised they left me alive to tell the story...Back then it was the victim's fault or you were lying, so you kept quiet... With that bad habit of that Perp that harassed Katie, I wonder if he is still with us...Thank God Jose came to the rescue...God sends us as angels and we don't even know it...Katie is Jose's angel in return...God bless you both...Bechitos and many blessings to you and all your loved ones...
