If Dharma is the radio spectrum system, the Karmas are specific channels and frequencies that abundance outward constantly into the system, and eventually get processed and returned. Individuals, sentient beings are both a radio receiver and an antenna transmitter. Karmic beings are Transceivers. The universality is that these channel frequencues return to and reach many people, who all the various strengths of intentions on whatever is thought, or said, or wished and breathed it out at some point in the past. The uniqueness or personalized nature of the experience, is how it manifests for each individual. Like a wink or nudge that they were heard, and they count, in a localized system of many billions The availability of Frequency Modulation depends on the area or region. A radio signal that is strong locally, experiences interference and weak signal the further away. With all the landmass, the signals are plenty Salutations, karmic beings of Samsara realm
