I've seen all of your house tours and this tops them all. This is absolutely fabulous! You have such a vision and then to be able to pull it together amazes me. There isn't a store window in NYC that can hold a candle to what you have done. Joe - you should be decorating downtown!

What level is beyond absolute perfection? The amount of time and talent you put into decorating your home astounds me. Maybe you are one of Santa’s magical elves. I have seen so many of your how-to & house tour videos that watching this one feels like a visit to family. It’s so much fun to recognize various pieces of each theme as an update or new use of something I had admired before. “Oooo, I love how he’s featured that gorgeous Holy Family this year. Oh look! He brought back those darling reindeer he painted; so cute where they are this year. There’s the wooden reindeer one of his students made in shop class! Love those snowflakes; wish I had gotten in on those back when.” I don’t miss much. 👁️. Every room is declared my FAVORITE as you get to it, but I really do think this tour is the very best one yet. Your video skills are excellent, of course, but I’m amazed at how you choose to focus our attention - when to slow down, when to pause, and when to fast forward. Attention to detail at every turn. Don’t ever think nobody really notices, and I know I’m not the only one. I’ve gotten so many good ideas from you (tweaked my own way, LOL) Thank you so much for sharing your considerable talents with those of us who love Christmas as much as you do.

Spectacular !!! I also do a village for the past 50+ years. I have the same ice skaters as you Barclays in New Jersey, put them out they were my grandmother’s and my mothers. It brings such joy to put the village up and now I am keeping mine up, but in a different location.. yours is an inspiration to all of us Villages, if there’s such a word, God bless you both. I have watched all your videos prior this house tour for 2023 as well as most of your Christmas videos prior years and they are all beautiful and exciting. I also like to compare how you used an ornament or a decor in another way or style and I always find that they all end up magically done. I also decorate myself so I know how hard and time- consuming it can be to decorate the whole house. This is why I thank you and Mary ann for sharing this treat! You all are my kind of Christmas ppl..I have 15 trees up and I thought I was over the top....I keep mine up all year...When the Summer comes and its hot, I come in and turn on Christmas...But mine will never compare to your opulence...Magnificent....Fabulous, Awesome....I lnow the cost is off the charts to..But when you love something, you love it, no matter the cost...However your time is apparently unlimited....When do you take this down, and where is it stored...Thank you , I am in awe of your display...

Thank you. I'm crazy busy all the time, so I'm usually decorating through the night into the wee hours of tge morning. I begin planning around July and I start October 1. It takes about 6 weeks to get it all in place with a projected finish date by Thanksgiving. I usually take it down right after Jan 6 because my January is usually busy. I store all the decor in 70 totes labeled and cataloged. 90 percent goes in our very large attic. Thanks Merry Christmas!

Wow Joe and Maryann!! 😮❤ You totally outdid yourself! Just gorgeous! Somehow I must’ve missed your dining room decorate video. This is how I decorated this year with white/silver/trees/crystals/pearls and white feathers! It turned out amazing! I did my kitchen in Gingerbread though and my bedroom in reds and greens and tartan. Love 💕 everything ❤!

WOW! You got it all going on beautifully. So loved the WIZARD of OZ tree. My youngest had us watching the movie everyday for years when she was little. The reindeer, how absolutely charming. Joe you have out done yourself. Your home belongs in a magazine. This is absolutely gorgeous. You definitely have the touch, I love the village it looks just like a development. The pink florals ove the fire place with the poinsettia is absolutely stunning. I don’t comment much but I had to on this. You have done such a beautiful job. Just lovely. Every room so thought out to the theme. My favorite is the elf fire place. It looks so real with the lights and graham cracker walls. I love hearing about the background of your collections and ornaments. Please keep up your amazing decorating. Your channel is one of my favorites. You and Maryann are so down to earth. I bet you both were wonderful teachers. This is the first time in 56 years no decorations or gift wrapping (will be using bags. My health won’t allow me to do so.
